Human Resources Manager (HR)

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the full employee lifecycle, driving strategic recruitment and fostering a compliant, engaging workplace. This role combines talent acquisition with day‑to‑day people management to support production, sales and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for production, sales and admin positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure company policies and practices comply with Nigerian Labour Laws and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance and support payroll administration.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for factory and field sales staff.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR specialist or manager experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Professional certification from CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.
