Human Resources Manager – Hotel Industry

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at its Benin City property. The role combines strategic vision with day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring a positive workplace culture and supporting the hotel’s guest‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with hotel targets and business objectives.
• Manage the full employee life‑cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation and succession planning.
• Control the HR budget and training plan, collaborating with management to assess team performance.
• Maintain compliance with Nigerian labour legislation and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Proven experience in human resources, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
