About the role
The HR & Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations at our Lagos clinic while leading all human‑resource functions. This role ensures smooth workflow, high customer service standards and drives operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and monitor departmental productivity.
- Maintain exceptional customer service, resolve complaints and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor expenses and recommend improvements for business growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant operations management experience, preferably in a reputable organization.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, punctuality and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with administrative software for HR and operations.
