About the role

Mini Options Consulting Ltd is hiring a full-time Human Resource Manager based in Marina, Lagos. The role covers recruitment, staff training, payroll coordination, employee relations and performance management, while also enforcing company policies and keeping staff records up to date.

Key responsibilities

Oversee recruitment and staff training
Coordinate payroll and handle employee relations
Manage performance management and HR documentation
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws
Maintain staff records and manage disciplinary issues
Ensure adequate staffing across sales outlets, warehouses and distribution operations to support business growth

Required profile

A minimum of 2 years of experience
A minimum of a degree in a related field
Integrity, confidentiality, leadership and conflict resolution
Attention to detail and effective people management
