About the role

CSS Group of Companies is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labour laws.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee performance systems
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Oversee training and development programs
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws
Support workforce planning and organizational development

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
CIPM certification is an advantage

Required skills

Strong knowledge of labour laws
Excellent leadership and communication skills
