Human Resource Generalist

About the role

The Human Resource Generalist will act as the operational backbone of the People and Culture department, providing employee‑centered HR services across the full employee life‑cycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage the HR helpdesk, and ensure smooth onboarding, probation, and confirmation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters via multiple channels.
• Administer the eNPS survey end‑to‑end, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes and renewals, acting as liaison with vendors.
• Track probation periods, schedule reviews, send reminders and prepare confirmation letters.
• Maintain accurate HR data, documentation and dashboards to support compliance and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or coordinator role.
• Demonstrated experience with at least three of the following: HR helpdesk, payroll administration, benefits coordination, HR compliance, engagement surveys, HR reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with eNPS or similar employee engagement surveys.
• Proven ability to manage probation and confirmation processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or SAP.
• Experience using payroll systems.
• Ability to generate HR analytics and reports.
