Talent Acquisition Hiring Manager

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Hiring Manager to lead its operations team and drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes. You will ensure every candidate lead is tracked, followed up, and moved efficiently through the hiring pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure all leads are followed up until closure.
• Assign leads, set clear follow‑up deadlines, and monitor compliance.
• Report regularly on open and closed leads and identify follow‑up gaps.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire and offer acceptance rate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven experience leading a team and ensuring lead closure.
• Strong follow‑through and ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills

• Expert use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
