Hub Manager – Drive Growth & Profitability

About the role

The Hub Manager is the second‑layer leader responsible for launching new hubs/shops and steering them toward profitability. You will combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational discipline to grow active customers, coach Jaza stars, and ensure compliance with hub standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer‑acquisition initiatives to reach an average of 130 active customers per hub.
• Conduct door‑to‑door sales together with Jaza stars and convert prospects into active users.
• Manage customer retention by following up churned customers and driving membership renewals to achieve roughly $1 M monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
• Own hub profitability, monitor lost‑and‑missing‑packs metrics, and implement best‑practice revenue strategies.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales techniques, customer service standards, and inventory management processes.
• Oversee recruitment, interview, and training of new Jaza stars for the hub cohort.
• Report challenges and progress to the regional coordinator and participate in hyper‑care meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, administration, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or similar roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing or training a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
