Hub Manager – Drive Growth and Profitability

About the role

The Hub Manager is the second‑layer leader responsible for launching new hubs/shops and steering them toward profitability. You will lead a cohort of Jaza stars, recruit, train and coach them, and ensure operational standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support hub growth by acquiring an average of 130 active customers (L7) through door‑to‑door sales.
• Manage customer retention, membership renewal and shift customers from pay‑per‑swap to memberships to achieve ~1M monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
• Own hub profitability, ensuring 100% compliance with lost and missing packs metrics.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales techniques, customer service, inventory management and SOP compliance.
• Recruit, interview and train new Jaza stars.
• Participate in hyper‑care meetings, provide action plans and flag growth‑limiting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or similar.
• Proven leadership experience managing or training teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical decision‑making skills.
• Passion for increasing access to energy and employment for women.
