Hub Manager – Drive Growth and Profitability

About the role

The Hub Manager leads the launch and growth of new hubs/shops, ensuring profitability and operational excellence. You will coach and develop a team of Jaza stars, driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support hub growth to achieve an average of 130 active customers per hub.
• Conduct door‑to‑door sales and manage customer retention, aiming for 1 M monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
• Own hub profitability, ensuring 100% compliance with pack loss and missing‑pack metrics.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales techniques, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of Jaza stars.
• Report challenges to the Regional Coordinator and participate in hyper‑care meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, administration, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or similar.
• Proven leadership experience managing or training teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, data‑driven decision making.
