About the role
We are seeking an HR Supervisor to lead recruitment, payroll, and on‑site workforce management for our factory operations. The role combines strategic HR functions with hands‑on supervision to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for factory staff.
- Prepare payroll and oversee compensation and benefits administration.
- Supervise daily factory activities and monitor worker performance against company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and records.
Required profile
- OND/HND/BSc degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR, including managing factory workers.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
