HR Specialist - Recruitment and HR Operations

About the role

Lizone Consulting Limited is seeking a proactive, resourceful and results-oriented HR Specialist to support its recruitment and human resources operations. The role covers recruitment assignments, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, record keeping and other HR activities, with good analytical skills needed to manage HR data, prepare reports and track recruitment progress.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from vacancy briefing and sourcing through screening, interviews and selection coordination, building a candidate database and monitoring progress
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, personnel records, leave, attendance, probation and confirmation processes, and prepare HR letters and reports
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and employee records, and prepare reports on recruitment progress and vacancy status
• Use recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems to improve efficiency and identify workflow improvements
• Support other HR assignments and communicate professionally with candidates, clients, employees and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on recruitment experience
• Ability to source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates; good attention to detail and record keeping
• Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and manage several assignments to deadline

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, reporting)
• Added advantage: experience in an HR consulting firm or recruitment agency, familiarity with Zoho Recruit or other ATS, and HR report preparation
