HR Recruitment & L&D Internship

About the role

PZ Cussons Nigeria is offering a short‑term internship for a motivated individual to support its Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) teams. The role provides practical exposure to core HR functions within a leading consumer‑goods organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team with pre‑training administration, vendor payment processing and tracking recruitment‑related expenses.
• Support the L&D team by preparing training materials, setting up training rooms and analysing post‑training survey results.
• Generate and maintain reports on training completion rates and vendor expenditures.
• Provide general administrative assistance to both HR functions as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration or Psychology preferred).
• Less than one year of experience in HR or a related field; eagerness to learn is essential.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with strong work ethic.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and capacity to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
