About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join Comfort Developers & IT Solution in Marina, Ibadan. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, attendance management and fostering positive employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and employee onboarding
- Attendance management and staff documentation
- Performance monitoring and employee relations
- Training coordination and implementation of company policies
- Collaborate with the operations manager and department heads to promote productivity, accountability and professional development
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
- At least an HND in a related field
