Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will manage daily site operations, ensuring staff attendance, punctuality and performance while supporting recruitment and HR processes. This role is based in Ibadan, Oyo State and focuses on maintaining efficient site productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees and oversee daily site operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Coordinate staff deployment, work schedules, and shift assignments.
• Support employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
• Improve staff productivity and ensure smooth, efficient site operations.

Required profile

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
• Ability to coordinate employees and manage HR‑related activities effectively.
• Candidate must be located in Ibadan, Oyo State.
