About the role
The Startup Place Limited is looking for a proactive HR Officer to join its team in Lagos. The role focuses on supporting recruitment, employee relations and the day‑to‑day HR operations of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting vacancies to coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee relations by addressing queries and supporting a positive workplace environment.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily HR operations.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and management.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices.
