About the role
The clinic is seeking an experienced HR Officer to complement its existing HR team and support efficient workforce management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage staff records, attendance, leave, and other HR administrative duties.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance appraisals, staff training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate staff welfare and support workforce planning across departments.
- Prepare HR reports and provide general HR support to management.
Required profile
- Master's Degree in Humanities or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- HR-related certification or professional training.
- Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
