Human Resources Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, driving strategic recruitment and fostering a productive, compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: manage end‑to‑end recruitment for production, sales and administrative roles.
• People Management: handle daily HR operations, employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Compliance: ensure company policies align with Nigerian Labour Laws and industry regulations.
• Records & Payroll Support: maintain confidential employee databases, track attendance and assist payroll administration.
• Training & Development: identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for factory and field sales teams.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR specialist or manager experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Professional certification such as CIPM is a major advantage.
• Strong leadership, high emotional intelligence and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
