HR Manager – Leadership & Strategy

About the role

Sagad Farms is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function, strengthen leadership capacity, and build a strong foundation for organizational growth. This is a strategic, hands‑on role for someone who can balance day‑to‑day HR operations with long‑term workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals and provide guidance to team leads.
• Develop and implement succession plans for key roles, identifying high‑potential employees and creating growth pathways.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job postings to offers—and design a structured onboarding process.
• Identify skill gaps, design training programs, and build internal capability through workshops and mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or agricultural setting.
• Proven experience in succession planning and leadership development.
• Strong recruiting and onboarding background.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver capacity‑building programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based on‑site at Sagad Farms.
