About the role
The Abuja Clinics group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and benefits administration across its three hospitals in the Federal Capital Territory. This full‑time position will report to senior management and ensure that HR processes support the organisation’s high‑quality medical services.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, interview and assess candidates based on experience, skills and education.
- Organise and manage new‑employee orientation, onboarding and training programmes.
- Update job requirements, verify references and conduct criminal background checks.
- Explain employee benefits, programmes and education opportunities.
- Develop plans for future hiring procedures and staffing goals.
- Perform general administrative HR tasks.
- Oversee employee health and safety procedures.
- Advise on benefit needs and evaluate benefit contract bids.
- Maintain employee records, answer queries and address concerns.
Required profile
- HND or B.Sc degree.
- CIPM certification.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant HR experience.
