HR Executive Graduate Trainee – FMCG (Multiple Locations)

About the role

Join Multipro Consumer Products Limited, a leading FMCG company in Nigeria, as an HR Executive Graduate Trainee. You will be part of a 12‑month structured development program, rotating across key HR functions and supporting the company’s talent strategy across several states.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic models for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals and best practices.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and selection.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• HR certification is an advantage.
