About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner operates in a fast‑paced environment, linking HR strategy with business execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design and employee engagement across the assigned business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑suite and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support growth initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring and change‑management programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies that boost engagement, productivity and a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee talent acquisition for critical roles, ensuring diversity and skill‑set alignment.
• Provide data‑driven insights on attrition, skills gaps and workforce trends to inform decision‑making.
• Resolve complex employee‑relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and mitigating legal risk.

Required profile

• Minimum first degree; Master’s degree or professional qualification is compulsory.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar HR role within banking, telecom, oil & gas or FMCG, with a minimum of 4 years in HR leadership.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of sales management, banking operations or related sector dynamics.
• Excellent problem‑solving, influencing and communication skills.
