HR Intern (NYSC Corps Member) - Pinnacle Oil and Gas 2026

About the role

Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd, an indigenous Nigerian oil and gas company founded in 2004, is running its 2026 Graduate Internship Programme. It is offering one HR Intern position for current NYSC corps members who have just finished orientation camp and are looking for a Place of Primary Assignment. The internship is based in Lagos, and applicants must live on Lagos Island. Applications close on 15 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment: post job adverts, screen CVs, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Support onboarding of new employees and make sure documents are completed
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
• Prepare HR documents, letters, memos and reports
• Help with attendance monitoring and staff records
• Answer employee enquiries and give general HR administrative support
• Organise electronic and physical HR documentation and carry out other HR-related duties assigned by the team

Required profile

• Current NYSC corps member who has completed orientation camp and holds a call-up letter
• Lives on Lagos Island; corps members posted elsewhere are unlikely to qualify
• Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Reliable, punctual, a good team player and shows initiative
