HR Associate – Recruitment & Operations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Associate to support day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, and overall HR administration. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR processes while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and performance‑management processes, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
• Prepare employment contracts and other HR documentation.
• Provide payroll inputs and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes for greater efficiency.
• Perform other HR and recruitment‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
• Experience in a BPO, HR consulting, recruitment or outsourcing environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
