Hotel Manager

About the role

Ammazza Integrated Services is hiring a full-time Hotel Manager in Lagos (Marina). The manager oversees accommodation, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and events operations, drives occupancy and repeat business, manages budgets and leads and coaches the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accommodation, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and events operations.
• Grow occupancy, sales and repeat business through active marketing and client relationships.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, stock controls, costs and operational reporting.
• Lead and coach staff and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate smoothly across departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hotel experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• Proven ability to increase revenue, control costs and manage hotel teams.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in hotel systems, reservations, reporting and Microsoft Office.
