Hospitality Manager

About the role

Rekrut Consulting is recruiting a Hospitality Manager based in Lagos (Marina area). The role covers the day-to-day running of a hospitality operation, including guest relations, staff leadership, budget oversight and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across departments such as the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance.
• Hire, train, schedule and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Manage budgets, track revenue, control operational costs and analyse sales reports to maximise profitability.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues quickly and monitor feedback to protect the brand's reputation.
• Enforce local health, sanitation, safety and legal regulations across all facilities.
• Oversee stock levels, place orders for supplies and negotiate with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hospitality, hotel management, property management, facilities management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing guests, customers, bookings, facilities or hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of apartment rentals, hotel operations, event centre management or facility operations.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development or property leasing is an added advantage.
• Must be able to commute conveniently to Isheri Olofin, Lagos, or surrounding areas.
