Hotel Driver – Guest Transportation & Support

About the role

Carlson Hotel, a four‑star property in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a professional driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for its guests. The role involves driving guests to airports, stations, attractions and meetings while representing the hotel’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from airports, railway stations, local attractions and business meetings.
• Assist with loading, unloading and carrying luggage or personal items.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct daily inspections of oil, tires and fuel, and arrange necessary repairs.
• Observe all traffic laws, drive carefully for passenger comfort and keep a valid driver’s licence.
• Greet guests warmly, open doors, provide local area information and maintain a professional appearance.
• Keep accurate logbooks for mileage, fuel consumption and trip details.
• Support hotel logistics by running errands, transporting staff and collecting guest items.

Required profile
