Hospital Radiographer

About the role

We are seeking a licensed radiographer to join our team and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate is technically competent, patient‑focused and safety‑conscious.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X‑ray examinations following established protocols.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures and ensure proper positioning for optimal image quality.
• Operate and maintain conventional and mobile X‑ray equipment safely.
• Apply radiation protection principles at all times.
• Process, review and ensure quality of images before submission for reporting.
• Maintain accurate patient and imaging records and conduct routine equipment checks.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Radiography/Radiological Technology.
• Current registration/licence with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
• 0–2 years of relevant clinical experience; newly licensed radiographers are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of radiation safety and patient‑care procedures.

Required skills

• Operation of conventional and mobile X‑ray equipment.
• Radiation protection and safety practices.
