Hospital Manager – Clinical & Administrative Lead

About the role

HealthBridge Specialists Hospital is seeking a dynamic Hospital Manager to lead both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring high‑quality patient care while maintaining operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across clinical and non‑clinical units, aligning workflows with SOPs and driving continuous quality improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, identify cost‑saving measures and support revenue growth through HMO and corporate relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, handle staffing, rosters, performance evaluations and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations, licensing requirements and internal audits, and optimise the Hospital Management Information System for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field; RN or RM license preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate clinical quality initiatives with administrative efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
• Data‑driven reporting and analytical capabilities.
