Head Regional Sales / Key Account Manager - IT (B2C/B2G)

About the role

The Head Regional Sales/Key Account – IT is a full-time, hybrid position based in Abuja, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. It leads regional sales efforts for IT solutions, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, territory management and execution of sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
• Oversee a sales team, set performance targets, coach team members and monitor sales metrics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, provide market insights and align client needs with the company's service offerings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification in sales or account management is an advantage
• Proven experience in IT-related sales or solutions selling in a B2B environment is highly beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client engagement in Abuja with remote collaboration
