Head of Supply Chain & Procurement Systems

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Supply Chain & Procurement Systems to lead the transformation of our procurement function from an administrative task to a strategic profit driver. Reporting to senior management, you will own the end‑to‑end sourcing engine, cash‑flow optimisation and the operational infrastructure that supports large‑scale commercial, hospitality and managed‑office projects.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage direct‑to‑factory OEM relationships across Turkey, China and Europe for furniture, finishes and technical equipment.
• Own the Total Cost of Goods (factory price, freight, duties, clearing) and act as the final commercial gatekeeper for project budgets.
• Transition vendor payment terms to credit‑based cycles (30/60/90 days) and utilise letters of credit, bills for collection and other trade‑finance tools.
• Implement and standardise procurement data and workflows within the company ERP, ensuring 100 % data integrity.
• Develop a “Standardised Product Kits” roadmap with pre‑negotiated components for rapid deployment.
• Design and run a performance‑based vendor rating system focused on lead‑time, quality and price stability.
• Coordinate high‑volume international freight (50+ containers) for major hospitality and office projects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with proven experience in strategic sourcing and margin engineering.
• Strong commercial acumen, able to audit project budgets and enforce cash‑flow discipline.
• Hands‑on builder mindset, comfortable creating and optimising operational processes.
• Experience managing multi‑regional supplier networks and trade‑finance instruments.
