Continuous Improvement Analyst

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Analyst will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and implement solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and business units to understand needs, design end‑to‑end solutions and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business requirements, identify constraints and opportunities, and create prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts.
• Work with sales, project management and development teams to integrate solution designs into project plans and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner with quality assurance to develop testing strategies, conduct testing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with clients during solution presentations, provide post‑implementation support, and develop costing and ROI analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse management and solution design.
• BSc in Engineering or equivalent NQF8 qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Six Sigma methodology.
• Proficiency with solution design tools and methodologies.
