About the role
We are seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider to ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders while providing excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
- Confirm orders and delivery details before departure.
- Follow assigned routes using navigation tools.
- Handle products and packages carefully during transit.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Report any delivery issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, payments, and returns.
- Keep the assigned motorcycle clean and in good condition.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company procedures.
Required profile
- Valid motorcycle riding licence.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Dispatch Rider.
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and locations.
- Ability to use Google Maps or similar navigation apps.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, physically fit and able to work under pressure.
