Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead the sales operations for DreamCity Property & Investment Limited’s residential and commercial real‑estate portfolio across Abuja and Lagos. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate high‑quality leads through direct marketing, referrals, partnerships and digital platforms.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report conversion metrics to senior leadership.
• Conduct property inspections with prospective clients across Lagos and Abuja.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.

Required profile

• Proven track record in property sales and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Deep knowledge of the Lagos and Abuja real‑estate markets.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
