Head of Programs – Lead Social Impact Initiatives

About the role

Coinbox Limited is seeking a visionary Head of Programs to design, implement and evaluate high‑impact social interventions across education, health and shelter. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape sustainable programmes that deliver measurable outcomes for vulnerable communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all programme portfolios and ensure alignment with the organisation’s mission.
• Design, launch and oversee complex programmes from concept through delivery.
• Establish and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) frameworks.
• Lead, coach and mentor Programme Managers and Coordinators.
• Manage programme budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, development partners, donors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare programme reports and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in programme management or a related social‑sector role.
• Proven leadership of high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing MEAL frameworks and managing complex budgets.
• Experience developing technical proposals and grant applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and project‑management abilities.
