Head of Growth & Marketing

About the role

Ayonaire Academy, an emerging edtech startup, is looking for a strategic Head of Growth & Marketing to own the end‑to‑end marketing function. You will design and execute data‑driven campaigns that attract, convert, and retain learners across our career‑transition programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run growth marketing strategies that balance brand awareness with high‑quality lead generation.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn, managing budgets and scaling successful tactics.
• Design and refine lead‑generation funnels, including landing‑page copy, email sequences, WhatsApp messages and retargeting ads.
• Create webinar scripts, host live sessions and use them to drive engagement and conversions.
• Position Ayonaire Academy as the leading career‑transition provider in the market.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing marketing team, setting clear goals and tracking progress.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion rates, using insights to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing experience with a proven record of generating and converting leads for digital products.
• Experience leading or managing a marketing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Passion for education technology and a results‑oriented attitude.
