Head, Lifestyle Management (Private Banking)

About the role

The Head, Lifestyle Management (Private Banking) coordinates and oversees bespoke lifestyle management services for Private Banking clients. The role develops strategic partnerships, manages concierge services and runs high-impact client engagement initiatives that improve client experience, satisfaction and retention. It is a Director-Mgr grade position based in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy lifestyle products and maintain an engagement process that promotes client loyalty.
• Ensure brand representation meets tier-client expectations and corporate goals.
• Custodian of the private client database and of strategic partnerships, including glitch-free onboarding and client-request processing.
• Oversee the Group's marketing budget and lifestyle-management products and services, ensuring compliance with the service guide.
• Custodian of the Group's budget, with Group Head approval for expenditures.
• Design and oversee lifestyle-management process flows and deploy business-development strategies aligned with client-acquisition goals.

Required profile

• First degree in any business-related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in banking.
