Head, IT & Digital Solutions (Lagos)

About the role

A reputable provider of premium bathroom solutions, working with architects, engineers, contractors and property developers, is hiring a Head of IT & Digital Solutions based in Lagos. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for all IT functions across the group, overseeing infrastructure, systems integration, cybersecurity, business applications and digital transformation, and ensuring technology investments align with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group's IT strategy, lead digital transformation and set IT governance frameworks, standards and policies
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and cloud systems, and integrate and optimize ERP/CRM and other business applications
• Implement cybersecurity frameworks, data protection protocols, IT risk management, compliance and disaster recovery planning
• Manage IT operations, helpdesk and user support, and drive ITIL-based incident, problem and change management
• Lead major IT projects, manage vendors and service providers, and oversee IT procurement and contract negotiation
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, control technology spend and report on IT financial performance
• Lead and develop the IT team, including talent development, succession planning and performance management

Required profile

• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior IT management or head-of-function role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is an added advantage
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, ERP/CRM implementations, vendor and project management, and digital transformation across business units
• Strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management and IT policy and architecture
