Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

The Growth Marketing Lead will shape and execute the market positioning and acquisition strategy for Examtice, an education platform under Iris Edutech. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management to drive student, school and parent enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a clear market positioning strategy, define target segments and create a roadmap for market penetration.
• Design and implement user acquisition funnels for students, schools, parents and institutional users, selecting optimal channels and campaigns.
• Translate product features into compelling messaging and identify product improvement opportunities based on market feedback.
• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns, setting objectives, budgets, KPIs and measurement systems.
• Create strategies to increase paid subscriptions, identify partnership opportunities and build sustainable acquisition models.
• Establish and track key marketing metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rates, engagement, retention and revenue impact, delivering regular growth reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, product marketing or brand strategy.
• Proven track record of launching, repositioning or scaling a product or service with measurable results.
• Experience with technology products, education platforms, SaaS, apps or digital marketplaces is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, branding and sales funnels.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
