Growth & Marketing Intern

About the role

Scala is a platform that connects business owners with solution providers. The Growth & Marketing Intern will support the company’s expansion by creating and sharing content, engaging with users, and testing acquisition tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Post and schedule content on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram.
• Engage with business owners and service providers through comments, direct messages, and community groups.
• Reach out to agencies and vendors to onboard them onto the platform.
• Share Scala in WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online communities.
• Experiment with content ideas and growth strategies, tracking sign‑ups, responses and conversions.
• Provide suggestions for creative user‑acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable reaching out to people via DMs, comments and messages.
• Basic understanding of major social‑media platforms.
• Clear written communication.
• Curious, experimental and reliable.

Required skills

• Canva (basic design).
