Growth Executive

About the role

eRecruiter is an HR Tech company with a presence in the UK and Nigeria, building scalable payroll and recruitment solutions. It is expanding across Africa and is looking for a Growth Executive to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. The role covers new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition and client conversion through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue partnerships and channels for market expansion.
• Understand customer pain points in payroll, recruitment or financial operations and position the right product solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM and cold outreach.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy.
• Analyse customer data to find usage patterns, churn risk and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a growth, sales or partnership role, preferably in HR Tech or Fintech.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales in tech, HR or finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• CRM and sales automation tools such as Zoho, HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
