Graphic Designer Associate

About the role

An entry-level Graphic Designer Associate is sought to join a creative team that produces visual materials reinforcing brand identity and marketing goals. You will partner with design and marketing colleagues to create graphics that carry core messages across different platforms, helping advance the organization's visual communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts for digital and print media that clearly communicate brand messaging
• Partner with marketing units to produce assets for campaigns, social media channels and promotional items
• Organize and prepare design files so the workflow is smooth and files are easy to retrieve
• Support the creation of layouts, illustrations and other graphic components for multiple projects
• Monitor emerging design trends and software tools and bring fresh ideas into daily work

Required profile

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative discipline
• Firm grasp of design fundamentals, typography and color theory
• Creativity and attention to detail in solving visual problems
• Strong organizational skills to handle several design tasks under tight deadlines

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design applications, including the Adobe Creative Suite
