About the role

Fortpeak Consult, a leading Human Resource Management firm, is seeking enthusiastic candidates for three entry‑level positions in Lagos: Graduate Trainee, Personal Assistant and Complaint Officer. These roles are designed for recent graduates who wish to start their professional journey in a dynamic HR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Graduate Trainee: support HR projects, assist in recruitment processes, and contribute to employee onboarding activities.
• Personal Assistant: manage calendars, arrange meetings, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support to senior staff.
• Complaint Officer: receive, log and investigate client or employee complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum academic qualification of HND or BSc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office tools.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
