Graduate Trainee (First Class Preferred)

About the role

THCOTHCO is a technology company covering technology solutions, software engineering, digital product development, talent solutions and consulting. It is looking for outstanding graduates to join as Graduate Trainees, with a preference for First Class graduates who show disciplined thinking, initiative and a commitment to high-quality work. Depending on your capabilities, interests and business needs, development may cover technology, software development, research, marketing, business analysis, product development, strategy or operations.

The programme offers structured assignments, performance feedback and opportunities to develop specialist skills; placement depends on aptitude and available business requirements. Successful candidates must be willing to work on-site in Ikeja/Ogba, Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Research unfamiliar subjects, analyse information and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Solve practical business and technical problems using structured thinking and independent research.
• Contribute to projects involving software, digital products, marketing, business operations or process improvement, depending on your assignment.
• Learn relevant tools, technologies and methods and apply them to real business challenges.
• Communicate findings, document work and present recommendations clearly.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, meet agreed deadlines and incorporate feedback to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution, preferably with a First Class classification.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Evidence of independent thinking through academic projects, research, competitions or personal projects.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and adapt to unfamiliar challenges.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ikeja/Ogba, Lagos.
