Graduate Trainee Content Assistant – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, organised and motivated graduate to join our growing content team. The role supports the creation and publication of family, travel and lifestyle content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Full training will be provided, so no prior professional content experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Watch and review vlog footage, identifying moments for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
• Organise footage, content files, ideas and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with video editors, follow up on deadlines and prepare clear editing briefs.
• Upload and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Research trends, creators, formats and new content opportunities.
• Review content performance, track tasks and flag any delays.
• Support additional content projects as the brand expands.

Required profile

• Strong academic performance (preferably First Class or strong Second Class Upper).
• Excellent written English and clear professional communication.
• Genuine interest in YouTube, social media and digital content, especially family, travel and lifestyle topics.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently after training.
• Evidence of initiative such as internships, leadership roles, volunteering or personal projects.
