About the role
The Graduate Trainee position at Diamond Shine involves supporting cleaning supervision and quality assurance within our hospitality operations in Abuja. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in maintaining high cleaning and safety standards while developing basic leadership skills.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate cleaning supervision and conduct regular inspections.
- Monitor cleaners’ attendance and performance.
- Ensure cleaning and safety standards are consistently met.
- Report operational issues and material shortages.
- Support staff training and prepare basic operational reports.
Required profile
- NYSC completed or exemption certificate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic leadership and reporting abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly remuneration of NGN 120,000.
- Salary range between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000 per month.
