About the role

Deloitte’s Tax & Legal Unit is seeking talented graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Recruitment Refresh program in Lagos. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on integrated tax services for a diverse client base while developing professional expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support integrated tax and legal services for clients across various industries.
• Assist in tax compliance, reporting and advisory engagements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to research and analysis that help companies excel globally.

Required profile

• Second class upper degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university or polytechnic.
• Maximum age of 26 at the time of application and completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
• Minimum five O’Level subjects, including Mathematics and English, obtained in a single sitting.
• Willingness to live Deloitte’s purpose of making an impact that matters and no prior Deloitte aptitude test taken.
