General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead multiple hotel branches in Delta, overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This senior position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all hotel locations.
• Drive revenue growth, improve occupancy rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational processes and service standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor management and staff teams.
• Monitor budgets, operational performance, and profitability.
• Build strategic partnerships and corporate relationships.
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably with multi‑branch oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and business performance.
• Excellent customer relationship and public engagement skills.
• Current residence in Nigeria with willingness to work in Delta State.
• Outspoken, confident personality with strong business ethics.
