About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Radisson Collection Hotel & Conference Center in Abudja, Nigeria. The role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving profitability, and delivering the brand’s signature "Yes I Can!" service to guests and team members.

Key responsibilities

Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee daily operations.
Plan and supervise activities of a diverse workforce to ensure smooth and profitable business running.
Lead the team to deliver brand‑standard service and exceed guest expectations.
Communicate and execute company strategies, acting as a bridge between the central team and owners.
Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and manage the hotel budget.

Required profile

Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with problem‑solving skills and a passion for hospitality.
Flexibility, positive “Yes I Can!” attitude and attention to detail.
