About the role
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the Central Drug Store, ensuring efficient operations and strategic growth within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Central Drug Store.
- Manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and supervise product distribution.
- Ensure financial accountability and drive profitability.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet operational and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, healthcare institutions, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and operational standards.
- Prepare periodic operational and management reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) required.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in a similar senior management role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chains.
